documenting testing meds

When ordering enoscope tests; are the enemas ducumented on the stat mars? thanks!
It would depend on your facilities policy. But yes it is usually in the one time order/med sheet. Does you school for Unit coordinator not have a reference for these questions?

Unless there is a separate sheet for pre-op meds they are usually documented on the one-time MAR. When we were sending pts to outpatient procedures the facility performing the procedure usually sent us a pre-op form to verfiy all the pre-op testing and medications were completed.
