Unique/unusual/interesting career choices

I'm a brand new RN who is still all bright-eyed and bushy-tailed about the wide world of nursing. I know the career choices within nursing are almost endless, so I was wondering if anyone here had what they would consider an interesting/unique nursing job?

I want to hear about the unusual, I-never-would-have-thought-of-that job possibilities.
I'm a student and always asking about the background of the nurses I am working with. An interesting job I heard from one of the nurses was a "phone nurse manager." She said the job was managing cases by phone for a company , no hands on contact.Sounded interesting to me.

Comment:
When I was in school, I worked as a paralegal for a medical malpractice firm--we had 2 RNs (well I guess they were retired), but they spent their time reviewing medical records and helping the attorney prepare their defense, finding legal/medical support to support or refute the case for the attorney, obtaining experts for the case and interviewing and prepping them for trial, they would also work exclusively with the RNs before depositions and trial to prepare them for "the best outcome". These nurses were not the nurse legal consultants that you see advertised training for--that's something entirely different.
