Can someone please explain this to me...

That's the order it gave meGravida 3, para 1-2-1-3

I also have this one: Gravida 1, para 0-2-0-2

T P A LIt is term, preterm, abortion (includes elective and miscarriage) and livingSo the 0-2-0-2 would mean she had 2 preterm deliveries and 2 living children. They would have been pre term twins since she is G1

Klone, yes! I forgot about that since transferring to the NICU. When I first transferred I tried to get others to document it the right way but stopped trying after nothing changed.

So many medical professionals mess this up. I have to admit sometimes a woman's reproductive history can be confusing, which doesn't help.

I don't know if they make sense or not, but I didn't make them up. This is a critical thinking exercise in my textbook.
