preceptorship program

does anyone know of any "specific" preceptorship program?

There are many. You need to be more specific. New grad. Experienced nurse. General or specialty. Hospital LTC rehab. Area of country.

Grace, you posted a few months ago asking if anyone knew of any residency programs, for someone who was not a new grad. Are you still trying to find a program to apply to? It's probably not the most efficient way to go about it, asking randomly if anyone knows of a program you can send a resume to, you 'know?Have you done Google searches where you live, online sites, job posting sites?

i dont understand why this is not an efficient way isnt this what this website is for to ask a question so you could get advices or opinions. i searched all over the website and havent had any luck thats why im asking if anyone know of any or went through a preceptorship program

Just apply to positions that interests you. If you are hired and need a preceptorship, the hospital will arrange one for you.
