Anyone ever worked for Peak health solutions?

Anyone ever worked for Peak health solutions? I am an NP recently left a full time position to work there, credentialed, trained then once I started they told me they have not gotten their contract from the ins company. If I do not do assessments I don't get paid. I have not gotten an assessment in 10 days. Has anyone else worked for this company? I have never experienced anything like this in my entire career.
