Blount Memorial Hospital Job Question

Does anyone out there know what the floor IMU at Blount Memorial Hospital is like? Patient population, work environment, patient load, etc.? I'd greatly appreciate any advice. I know absolutely nothing about that hospital, but have looked at several job postings and am curious as to what it's like there.

Also, if anyone knows much about their Birthing Center, that'd be great also!
