furthering my education without years upon years of working experience

I was wondering if I could get some feedback about furthering my education. I do know that I want to get a masters but in what I havent decided and I'm worried that my lack of work experience (granted once masters is complete I should have at least 3 if not 4 years of working experience) is making it difficult to choose a masters program that wont require me to have 5+ years of experience to even be considered. I really want to step away from bedside patient care and do more behind the scenes desk work type job. I'm considering a masters in informatics or an MBA or even just an MSN. Am I even crazy for wanting this right now?
To make your masters program choice easier, gain exposure to one of your chosen areas by joining a professional association such as American nursing informatics, attend conferences, network, become certified etc.
Comment:
I have 3 yrs of experience in Med Surg and I don't like Med Surg. I want to do other things too. Already accepted into grad school part time MSN FNP program. I plan on transferring off my floor to gain experience elsewhere while in grad school. So u still have options while n school. Another option could be to shadow someone u know in the areas that ur considering and see if that's what u really want to do.
