Which facilities hire newly licensed Lpns in delaware county

Hello, I am a newly licensed LPN looking for employment. I am fully aware that is VERY tough finding a job being a new nurse. A lot of facilities will not hire new LPNs unless they have at least 1yr exp.. I'm kinda getting discouraged because it seems as if I will never find a job. So if anyone has any facilities in mind that will hire new nurses could you please let me know!! Thank You

What state? I know of at least two states that have a Delaware county (NY, PA).
If it's Delaware County in PA I know HCR Manor Care, Genesis and Bayada all hire LPNs. I think your best bet would be HCR Manor Care as a new grad just because Bayada is home care and they generally want experience first, not sure about Genesis. Manor Care has a lot of different locations. Just some ideas. I don't have solid info they are hiring new grads, but from what I have seen they do hire LPNs.
