Interview Question SuggestionRating: (votes: 0) The last interview I went on, I was asked that question and was told "that's not really a weakness." I never got the chance to come up with a different answer. Since the interview, I've been trying to think of other things that I feel are a weakness of mine. I came up with two: "I sometimes come off as shy, but that is because I'm observing and taking everything in, but as soon as I get to work, I overcome this." The only thing that concerns me about this answer is I don't want the doctor to think I'd be nervous around patients because I know I wouldn't because I was very comfortable with the patients on externship. "I am new to the field, so I have no experience in the medical field, but I have no "habits" of doing something a particular way, so I can be easily trained in your methods and I learn fast." Any critique would be appreciated. Are any of those two a good weakness? Or are they both bad? Or is my not being bilingual okay? What position are you applying for? Comment: I know this is a nursing board, but I'm looking for a position as a Medical Assistant, front or back office.
