Advice for making myself more marketable??

Hi everyone!! I just passed the NCLEX and now I'm just waiting for my license number. Does anybody have any suggestions on making myself more marketable for the hospitals in NJ??? I live in Monmouth county so would prefer a hospital not too far from me. ANY ADVICE IS WELCOMED!!! Thanks so much!!!

I worked as a PCT in a hospital about 45mins to an hour away from me so I was hoping to work some place closer. (hence another hospital) But I worked for about one year as a PCT med surg

I also did two externships in Peds but the hospital I did the externship in sadly isn't hiring anymore
