She is an Italian nurse who is looking to exchange information with an American nurse, but she doesn't speak English very well. I hope this is right, I'm going off of the little French and Spanish I know.

I could be wrong here, but SO many countries require English in grade school (unlike here, where we grow up expecting everyone to know English, and few bother with other languages - to me that's sad, but another thread )....and with English in America being a mix of "hood", slang, text, and other inaccurate representations of the language, how did one nurse who speaks little English end up here? Try using the English- folks here would probably be much more likely to converse and help out- and the OP would get some practice...just a thought gelatoprosciuttotiramisu ArmaniPradabambinoOK. I've exhausted my knowledge of Italian, I'm sorry to say- I can read some, based on the Spanish I took
