Chemotherapy handbook

Hi,
I am a nurse in the UK. I am trying to find a booklet on all the diifferent cytotoxic Chemotherapy drugs available and their side effects etc. The only one I have seen is by the Lilly Company which is a US company. I have looked at the company website however they don't seem to have the handbook anymore. Any idea how I can get hold of one?

www.ons.orgLook for the book "Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Guidelines..." It's not a handbook, but if you're giving chemo, it's helpful to have a copy where you work.
