forum for case management in insurance?

Hi friends, just wondering which specialty I may look under to find other nurses who would enjoy talking about the perils of working for an insurance company I do 'case management' , a bit of discharge planning, a LOT of health assessments, 1147s, etc. Would love to connect with others doing the same.
There is a case management forum under specialty. Some of what you do may be a better fit under occ health...they have threads as well.I do case management for an insurnace company but not what you do. So many of our jobs are different!
