Munroe Medical in Ocala FL

I am possibly applying for a job in their CVICU so I want to know what do you think of it? Please help me out if you know anything about the place. This is going to be a big decision for me as I will be leaving family and friends far far behind. I really need your help to make a wise decision about this job. Any input is very appreciated. I don't know the inner workings of the hospital, but it seemed like a very nice campus. I attended a CEN review course there, the education staff was wonderful and the cafeteria better than typical hospital food. For Ocala itself, I wasn't impressed. If you can move a little further North (about 40 miles) you could look at Shands at the University of Florida in Gainesville. Very impressive level 1 trauma center.
