Can anybody help me

What colours should I use to plot down vital sign`s curves on patient`s chart.
Most facilities require charting to be done in black or blue ink due to photocopying done by medical records. I recommend discussing with your charge nurse what is the preference at your facility.

I agree paper charting is typically done with a black or blue ink pen. Is there a reason you are asking such a relatively minor question? If I was in doubt I would just look and see what the previous nurse charted using.
