Working with kids in developing countries

Does anyone have nursing experience working (or volunteering) with kids in developing countries? I'm interested in short-term or long-term work in an orphanage, refugee camp, feeding center, or similar situation where a nurse could really make a difference.
I've always wanted to do that!! Hope some of our fellow nurses have some info
