Sample MAR Reports

I was wondering if any of you know where I could find some sample MAR reports to use as practice for one of my nursing courses? :studyowl:
I can't share ours with you because of copyright and all that, but I'd advise you to speak to a pharmacist who works in a health facility, or else contact a pharmacy that has a dispencing contract with a health facility.

now with computers and mostly everything is on a computer MAR'S are rarely seen. However, your facility should have a back-up plan where MAR'S hard copy be available in case computer's are out of commission. Ask a unit clerk, secreatary.
