Should I too registry

Hi, I live in rural area and had some seperation issues with my last job. I got offer from registry but am thinking it's such a small area that word travels fast about what happened to whom. At the same time 2 hrs away I am getting full time position where there are 3o hospitals in 30 miles radius. Pl suggest what should be the best option.
