PM/Night shift mix

Hello,

I'm new to this website and I recently passed my NCLEX and got a job on an oncology unit. My shift will be alternating nights and PMs. I am just wondering if anyone has had any experience with night/PM alternating shifts and if you have any advice for me! Also, i'm new to night shift so I'm not sure how I will adjust, let alone switching every month.
