San Diego. Scripps vs. Palomar Pomerado

I am seeking opinions on which employer is a better environment for nurses. Currently I am with Scripps. I realize that Scripps is non union. On starting they paid for my COBRA until benefits started. So far I have been happy with them mostly.

Palomar Pomerado is closer to my home. I worked there as a traveler previous to joining Scripps. It had a good family feel.

Both hospitals have problems so my decision is about the relationships between MD and RN and which has the best relationships. From what I can see at Scripps they are uber competitive and somewhat not friendly.
