How do I find out about a place's reputation?

Going to have a second interview with an HH agency, all signs look good, I think they may make me an offer soon.

The problem is that I don't really know anything about this place's reputation. Haven't worked HH before.

Does anyone know where I can find info? All I know is that they're JCAHO-accredited.

Joe, One of things that I do is get on the state's public health and education website, go to the section where they list the health facilities and look up the state occurrence reports and the survey reports. This is for Colorado, though, I will assume that where you live it's a little similar. It just may take some digging around the website.

Talk to people. That's probably your best source of information, and if the general consensus is good, then that's a good sign. That might be more difficult with HH, though. You can also look them up on the BBB (better business bureau) to see what their score is.
