traveling to USVI?

ive read some of the threads on site re: traveling to usvi under contract, however all very dated. im a float nurse currently with 11 years experience, none with an agency however. i make good pay now >44 an hour because im prn w/o benefits, but may be willng to take a small pay cut to experience island life and work. here are my questions.

any one recently traveled to usvi as rn?
whats the current working situation?
current pay?
housing stipend?
safety for female nurses both in hospital and out (harrassment, colleague abuse etc...)
acuity and patient ratio?
