Need help with my research class!

I am working on my RN to BSN and am currently in a research class. Part of one of our assignments involves doing a survey and I was hoping I could get some nurses to respond to it. It's 10 questions long (most multiple choice) and quick! This isn't selling something or anything like that - just for my class at ETSU. Thanks in advance!
