Hello all, I am new to AllNurses and am very interested in obtaining some feedback from those of you that we value so much - our nurses! I am opening up a new Home Health Agency in Florida and very interested in your feedback on something. If you were offered 1 thing that you would like to see from your employer, what would it be?
recognition and support regarding lack of resources, including human ones.
