After getting a BSN can you skip your MSN and go straight to a Doctoral?

Yes, you can. Not only can you do so, more than a few universities prefer it. PITT, a major program near me, has eliminated its Masters programs.

There are BSN-to-PhD and BSN-to-DNP programs. You don't get an MSN in the middle, though.
