CNA/PCT Experience

I am trying to apply for a job as a PCT and the only experience I've gained is at a local nursing home for clinical which is only 24 hours of clinical experience. I am unsure whether to put no experience or less than one year experience (multiple choice option). I did put on my resume that I did complete 24 hours of clinical at the nursing home for the CNA program, but I am unsure which option to choose. Any and all help would be appreciated
Clinical experience is not considered experience by any hospital or facility. Unless you are an employee and being paid to perform the job, it doesn't count.

K, I wasn't sure and didn't want to lie on my application. Thank you for clarifying.

Quote from sbrook5Hi there. I did a CNA program and my only clinical experience in LIFE was the few clinical hours we had at a nursing home. I applied for a PCT position at a great hospital and got it with only that experience. Be upfront about your experiences and what you learned. Most times, they just want you to have the certificate and will train you for everything they want you to know. Best of luck!
