Microset or Macroset in an infusion pump?

Hi! I'm Jerry an ER nurse. An issue was raised a few days ago in our facility regarding the use of microset or macroset in an infusion pump. Will it really matters? As far as I know, as long as you set the cc/hour in the pump it will deliver correctly whether you use a micro or macro set? Can someone help me on this?
