Med-Surg worksheets?

Does anyone have a good worksheet? I seem to write all over mine, front and back and what a mess.

I couldnt find anything good so i made my own. You probably know the best how and what you would use. use excel and design one. I would send u mine but i no longer work there so i deleted it, sorry

Thank you for posting this. I'm going to try it on my Med/Surg unit

Google "RN Report Card" and then buy some of those. They are wonderful, they fit in a pocket and have just about everything you want on there.
