CMC RN Pay

I recently had an interview for CMC. They are checking my references but I have not yet received a salary offer. What are other nurses that work for CMC getting paid, etc. I currently make 27/hr in a LTC facility. 3 years of Nursing Experience. What should I expect from CMC Pay wise.
I work for CMC and have 5+ yrs of experience and only make $24. Their pay rate is between 23.12-33hr. Nursing homes pay more down here.
