NLN accredited but not NLNAC accredited schools

Im looking at transition programs for Paramedic - RN and Brevard Community College in particular. I found out they are NLN but not NLNAC accredited will this have any effect on doing a BSN program afterwards? 2 of the 3 other programs in my area both require CNA as well as Medic and I dont have that.
