Symphony - holiday pay / pto. Anyone with info

Our system is changing how our pto is given starting next year. We have only been given a glimpse of the info with meetings coming up soon. From reading it, it seems like we will be getting the shaft on this. Is there anyone currently under this system? How do your holidays work? Currently we get double time for holidays, plus earn PTO time. Tia for any info you can share.
What is symphony pay? I have only had time and a half for holiday, and yes we acrue sick and vacation hours as well. Double time would be verrrry nice!

Is it the name of the compensation system that Ascension health is using. Separate holiday bank with restricted use and decreased regular Pto hours. We only have the basic info so far - wondering if any has already been converted to the plan.
