McKesson CPOE- anyone using it?

If you are using it, what prompts do you have to alert you that you have new orders other than checking changes in the care organizer screen? Thanks for any input.
Orders that need to be confirmed are bright yellow.

Currently we only confirm medication orders which are in yellow, all other orders entered electronically by physicians don't require confirmation and so are colored black like everything else unfortunately.
