Assessment

Hello everyone,

Can somebody explain to me how to assess and document bruit and thrill, CMS and also what assessment needs to be done on a person with a hip surgery. Im a new rehab nurse and i feel like i dont know anything. It takes me a while to pass meds and do my rounds, while the other nurses get done in a blink of an eye. Can some help explain how i can also get things done on time pls. Thank you:-)
