Growing up in this profession

i was wondering if i can just get any advice from experienced nurses...

ive started to work on my own for a month now--and unfortunately, i already made some embarrassing mistakes (if you saw my previous post) and will most likely make more..

how do you move on and get back to work with a brave face..in restrospect, what did you wish you knew back then?
