LPN to what?

Hello. I am a LPN of 3 years. Upon working I have decided that I don't really like the clinical side of nursing and I would like to work in the administrative side. I am currently enrolled in college and am looking to work in the healthcare administration field. I know that this takes clinical experience in order to obtain a job. My question is how many nurses..RN or Lpn have taken this route and what were your findings as far as job searching, job requirements and salary? Thank you in advance.
