Need a fun idea

I have to do a 45 minute inservice on Thursday and am looking for something fun. Morale is low and I have talked on several clinical topics in the past few monthes but am looking for something fun. I do have a game we could play but just not sure, thought some of you might have some ideas or experience in this area.
