Experience CNA looking for a job in Virginia

I have been a CNA for 13 years in Virginia with no complaints or any thing on my license. One year ago I was convicted of possession with the intent to distribute cocaine and manufacturing marijuana and became a felon. I still have my license which is up to date. I need to know who will hire me and what i have to do to get hired. Somebody please help!
