Change of Pace

I have worked nights in a busy level 2 trauma center for almost 6 years now. There is a lot going on there I don't agree with and a lot of young immature people who have been hired and don't seem to grasp the importance of our jobs. Management says they want to fix problems but then don't do anything to create accountability. It feels more like a junior high popularity contest on most days. I have always loved my job but the last couple of years have turned me into a bitter person. I think it's time to look at my options but I don't know where to go. If I change jobs I would like to take a day job that can work with my kids' schedules. Any advice?
