For the rhythm not shockable part under VF/VT, why the heck does it take you to ROSC at the bottom? What if they just became asystolic or pea???

This actually is the ACLS AHA universal algorithm for ACLS.......this is exactly why I think "care maps" are crazy.A friend sent me this and I thought what else can be messed up!
