ribavirin and preganancy help!!!

Hi, this is my first post on this forum. My wife had taken ribavirin injection (600mg, once) and weeks later we found she is preganant. We know that the injection was about 10~11 days before the conception.

We have great concern of the preganency after we read a lot of imformation about infant defects due to ribavirin. Is there any advice on if she should have an abortion? Every baby is a gift we don't want to loose him/her. But just want to evaluate the risk.

We really appreciate comments/suggestions. Thanks a lot...
