Resources for improving communication

I'm a new RN (8 months in to my first job) and I'm looking to improve my communication during my shift amongst my coworkers. I have a bad habit of keeping things in and to myself and I need to improve in the communication area. Does anyone have any great resources for this? Especially EBP would be awesome! Or at least guide me in a direction to look. Thanks in advance!
