Looking for creative ideas to encourage Ambulation

I am looking for some creative ideas to implement on our floor the encourage pts to REALLY get up and get walking. Thinking of some kind of fun competition/game aspect to it. Maybe accumulate tokens or get something humorous. Not too competitive - I don't want pts feeling bad if they are truly incapable of ambulating much. Also needs to be easy to implement of course. Any new ideas or something that has worked on your floor.
