How long did it take you to pay off your student loans?

I owe about 15K. My plan is to pay off in 6-8 months.
Great plan. It was a long time ago ... but when I finished grad school, I had loans of $12,500. (Considering inflation, that would be about the same amount as you have.) I took about 3 years, but also bought a home during that time.
