Online Absn programs

I have been looking at online ABSN programs as well as ABSN programs on campus. I have been looking at areas in the north east region to the south to the Midwest. I am at a cross road on deciding which programs are worth my hard earned money. I would hate to spend time and money and come out the program getting NO JOB. Marian University, Remington College, Rosemary, etc... Universities and Colleges alike is a big investment. When I look at programs I'm looking more so into the clinical aspect. How well are they training their students. When I leave the program would I be able to get a job and start on the path to a career. NYC is overly saturated with nursing students trying to find jobs, and Some Employers are against the notion of hiring NEW GRADUTES BSN.

My Question is to those that have been in the online program was it hard getting a job since you took the program online. Were you schools affiliated with any hospitals, if so was it much easier to find employment?
