Research on Parkinson's Disease

I'm trying to do nursing research on Parkinson's disease, however all my topics tend to lean towards physical therapy or medication interventions. Any ideas from nurses that have worked with parkinson's patients that is a good NURSING intervention or topic to research? Thanks
How about Depression?

Social isolation b/c of the shaking...should be easy to come up w nursing interventions for that. G/l
