how we manage documentation well by computerization

Im in ED dept , new hospital with new administration based computer system, this is my 6th years using NoVA system which is paperless usage, bu in fact there still paper like drug chart, unfusion chart, balance chart, observation chart and triage chart. in NOVA system we did case note, nursing diagnose with intervention, evluation, pain assestment, fall assestment, SBAR for hand over.

Honestly this make stressed, when we manage the pt and when to documentation, in fact we did documentation process very late even until late the time hour shift. Talk about the quality ? It is often copy paste , sometimes forgot. With only 4 computer.

This march our hosp will change with trackcare system which is really paperless, does anyone could share how manage this and maybe already use track care system?
