How to get a CNA Instructor job

This is something I would really like to get into. I'm a current ER nurse - Assoc. Degree nurse with a Bachelor's in another area. Any advice on how to track down/secure CNA Instructor positions? Thanks!
In my area the Red Cross was hiring instructors, but I'm not sure what the required experience is.
