Employment behavior tests

What are the differences in between the Talent Plus Test and the Prophecy Test? They are all for employment right?
did you google them? Ask HR aobut them?

I think that Talent Plus is a generic assessment of common characteristics (communication, conflict management, etc) and Prophecy is focused on clinical skills.
