8 Our charge nurse premium was recently done away with.

They decided to make it effective starting today. I got the reminder email and the " kickoff to nurses week " email at the same time. 😏

oh & we were notified that they were eliminating charge pay by email.

I will resist the urge to ask if we shall be getting email pictures of a lunchbox for nurses week......barely.
I am sorry to hear that. So, does this mean that your unit manager is going to come out to the unit and be in charge then?
