Help

So I have finished LPN schooling but I feel like this is not what I want to do. At first I loved it but now Ive lost interest. My question is that I recently found a interest in sonographer and I think I would like it more but I was wondering if anyone knew how you specialize in a certain type of sonographer like cardiovascular for example?
